These terms govern use of Kapi, a booking platform for service businesses. By creating an account or using the public booking pages, you agree to these terms.
Kapi lets a business manage services, availability, and client bookings, optionally syncing with Google Calendar and sending SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram notifications to clients. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the services, hours, and client data they enter, and for how they use client contact information collected through the platform.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering a business.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard. Kapi uses this connection only to create, update, and remove calendar events tied to bookings, and to read busy/free time to compute availability.
If a business enables SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram notifications, messages are sent to the phone numbers a client provides at booking time. Message delivery depends on third-party providers (Twilio, Telegram) and is not guaranteed.
Paid plans and message credits are billed as described on the billing page at time of purchase. Prices and token/credit amounts may change; changes apply to future purchases, not amounts already granted.
You may stop using Kapi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform (including sending unsolicited messages through the notification features).
Kapi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
